May 30, 2025 – AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists is pleased to announce the sale of the professional office building located at 2712 McGraw Drive in Bloomington, Illinois. The property was listed and sold by Meghan O'Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM and Mike O’Neal, of AXIS 360, marking another successful transaction for the firm and a significant transition for two respected accounting firms in Central Illinois.

The property, a mid-century modern office building, complete with furniture to match the era, boasts natural light both from floor to ceiling windows and well positioned sky lights, 11 private offices, cubicle space and conference rooms.  

The building was previously occupied by Insight CPAs and Financial, which is closing its Bloomington location as the company continues to adapt to the evolving workplace environment. While Insight has maintained a long-standing presence in the Bloomington-Normal area, many roles have transitioned to remote work in recent years. The firm will continue serving clients from its offices in St. Louis, Decatur, and Orlando.

The buyer, Hjerpe & Tennison, CPAs, is a well-established accounting firm in Bloomington that has experienced consistent growth in recent years. The acquisition of 2712 McGraw Drive will allow the firm to expand its footprint and operations to better serve its clients and team members.
