Bloomington, IL –May 29, 2025– AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists is pleased to announce the successful sale of 421 Detroit Drive in Bloomington, Illinois, a 13,840 sq.ft. office building for $1,450,000. The property has been acquired by Wilber Group, a nationally recognized leader in insurance subrogation and claims recovery services. This acquisition will serve as Wilber Group's third campus in the Bloomington-Normal area, supporting their continued growth and commitment to excellence in the insurance recovery industry.

The transaction was brokered by Laura Pritts of AXIS 360, representing the seller, and Meghan O'Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM, also of AXIS 360, representing Wilber Group.
