AXIS 360 Facilitates Sale of 421 Detroit Drive to Wilber Group for Strategic Expansion

 

Bloomington, IL –May 29, 2025– AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists is pleased to announce the successful sale of 421 Detroit Drive in Bloomington, Illinois, a 13,840 sq.ft. office building for $1,450,000. The property has been acquired by Wilber Group, a nationally recognized leader in insurance subrogation and claims recovery services. This acquisition will serve as Wilber Group's third campus in the Bloomington-Normal area, supporting their continued growth and commitment to excellence in the insurance recovery industry.

 

The transaction was brokered by Laura Pritts of AXIS 360, representing the seller, and Meghan O'Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM, also of AXIS 360, representing Wilber Group. The collaboration underscores AXIS 360's dedication to facilitating transactions that align with the strategic goals of all parties involved.

 

Founded in 1991, Wilber Group specializes in subrogation recovery, uninsured collections, litigation, arbitration, and claims administration for insurance carriers, municipalities, and self-insured entities nationwide. Their comprehensive approach encompasses the entire claims process—from initial contact to litigation—ensuring efficient and effective recovery solutions for their clients.

 

The facility at 421 Detroit Drive offers a versatile space that aligns with Wilber Group's operational needs, providing ample room for administrative functions, staff training, and client services. Its strategic location within Bloomington-Normal further positions the company to attract top talent and serve a broad client base.
