AXIS 360 Facilitates Sale of 2200 North Main Street, Normal, Illinois
Normal, IL —October 10, 2025 — AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists is pleased to announce the successful sale of 2200 North Main Street in Normal, Illinois. Seller was represented by Michael O’Neal and Meghan O’Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM and Buyer was represented by Robbie Osenga, both of AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists.
The property, previously occupied by RoomReady, was placed on the market by the owner/investor after the space became available. The new owner, Derek McCully, is relocating his company, KSA Lighting & Controls, from Toluca, Illinois, to the Normal location.
McCully plans a full office renovation of the property to create a modern workspace for employees and an interactive training center for architects, electricians, and other design professionals. The new facility will highlight KSA Lighting’s products and services while providing hands-on learning opportunities for industry partners.
