Empowering Technology Solutions to Establish New Office at Williamsburg Place Condos
Bloomington, IL —November 1, 2025 — AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists announced the sale of 131 Williamsburg, an office condominium located within Williamsburg Condos in Bloomington, Illinois. The property was previously occupied by Aerotek, which relocated in 2024 to 1607 Tullamore to expand its local footprint. The seller held the condo as an investment and was represented by Mike O'Neal and Meghan O'Neal-Rogozinski, CCIM of AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists.
The buyer, Brian Arredondo, recently relocated to Illinois from Las Vegas. Arredondo is the owner of Empowering Technology Solutions (“ETS”), an IT services and solutions firm with services including Cybersecurity and Managed IT services. ETS will establish its Bloomington office at 131 Williamsburg, bringing new professional services jobs and technical capabilities to the community.
