with Gibson Area Hospital Lease Gibson Area Hospital to occupy remaining 13,000 SF in 30,000 SF

Bloomington medical office building; new Pain Clinic now serving the community

The 30,000-square-foot medical office building at 1015 S. Mercer Ave., Bloomington, IL 61701
is now 100% leased, following the execution of a lease for the remaining 13,000 square feet by
Gibson Area Hospital (GAH).

Gibson Area Hospital has recently begun welcoming patients at its new Gibson Area Hospital
Pain Clinic at the Mercer Avenue location, expanding access to specialized pain management
services for residents across GAHHS communities. The clinic is led by Ji Lee, MD, joined by
Tyrel Steidinger, FNP, and their team.

“Reaching full occupancy at 1015 S. Mercer is a strong indicator of the ongoing demand for
high-quality outpatient medical space in Bloomington,” said broker Meghan O’Neal of AXIS 360
