Mike Straza of Bloomington, IL, is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with Axis 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists, specializing in the Bloomington/Normal and McLean County region.

With a robust background spanning more than 25 years as a business owner and operator, Mike offers a unique perspective to his clients. Currently he serves as a fractional CFO/COO, combining financial acumen with practical business insight.

His commitment to community development is evident through his 5-year tenure serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals, contributing on Illinois Innovation Network (IIN) Entrepreneurship/Corporate Engagement Committee, leading as Board President of the Illinois Art Station, and mentoring young adults with United Way Workforce180.

Mike’s extensive community service also includes 9 years on the American Red Cross of the Heartland Board and 3 years on the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Board. He is dedicated to designing, directing, and deploying strategic initiatives that drive growth for property owners, investors, and entrepreneurs throughout Central Illinois.
