AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists has negotiated two retail leases for cannabis dispensaries in Normal, just north of Bloomington. Revolution Cannabis & AYR Wellness signed leases in North Normal. Both Landlords were represented by Mike and Meghan O'Neal.
TSR Concrete Coatings has signed a 40,000-square-foot industrial lease at 1601 General Electric Road, a 450,000-square-foot building in Bloomington. TSR was represented by Meghan O'Neal.
